After you submit the vehicle booking form, you’ll receive a “Pending Booking” status via email(similar to this), confirming that your safari vehicle reservation on MasaiMara.ke has been received. However, this does not mean the booking is finalized. We rely on offline availability checks to supplement the online calendar, so we need a bit more time to fully process and confirm your reservation.
We require up to 24 hours to check vehicle availability and process the booking request. During this time, our team verifies the availability of your selected vehicle and that of the driver. Once the process is complete, we will reach out to you via email with either a confirmation of your booking or a notification that the vehicle is unavailable. If the vehicle is not available, we encourage you to explore other options on the platform and make another booking.
If your booking is confirmed, we will send you further details, including a Pesapal payment link. You can use this link to pay a 50% deposit, which will secure your booking. Once the payment is made, your reservation will be fully confirmed, ensuring your safari vehicle is ready for your adventure.
