Every member of the Association shall:

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations #
Every member shall:
- Familiarize themselves with and comply with all applicable laws, codes, regulations, rules, directives, and orders issued by Parliament, the Ministry of Tourism and Wildlife, KPSGA, Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), County Governments, Group Ranches, private landowners, or other authorities.
- Take all reasonable steps to ensure that all clients guided comply with these regulations.
- Maintain harmony between tourism activities and wildlife conservation, respecting park rules and responsible wildlife interaction.
3. General Rules for Wildlife Areas #
Members must ensure compliance with the following general rules in any wildlife area which closely resemble the game drive etiquettes:
- Do not disturb wildlife (avoid unnecessary noise, flashing lights, getting closer than 20 meters, or sudden movements).
- Avoid inconveniencing or disturbing other visitors.
- Do not drive on roads that are closed.
- Do not litter; use designated receptacles for waste disposal.
- Avoid discarding burning objects or creating any fire hazards.
- Drive carefully and do not exceed 40 km/h (or the applicable speed limit).
- Do not stand up on the roof or any external surface of the vehicle.
