- By Air: Daily scheduled flights are available from Wilson Airport (Nairobi) to Musiara Airstrip, just 15 minutes from the camp. Transfers are arranged by the camp.
- By Road: Approximately 6–7 hours’ drive from Nairobi via Narok and the Sekenani or Oloololo Gates. A 4×4 vehicle is required, especially during the rainy season.
